Fits like: Labeled 16, 34-35 (men's large) - note that the actual neck measurement of the shirt is 15.5"" from the button to the center of the buttonhole, so best fits modern men's medium up to a smaller size large.

Condition: Very good, the left cuff is missing the second button to adjust, but there is an extra replacement button inside the shirt, an 1/8"" light brown spot on the lower button placket (a couple inches above the hem), and two on the upper front of the right sleeve.
